A good week of coaching for the CNF from FFVL (Fédération Française de Vol Libre) has just ended at the Belgian Paragliding Open. 5 rounds were run from Piedrahita, from August 15 to 20, with sunshine, thermals, smiles and results:
- Sandra Antony second in the women’s ranking and second in the overall Serial Class ranking
- Karlien Engelen Belgian women’s champion and second in the Belgian Serial Class ranking

The team was made up of 5 pilots: Charlotte Dussart, Karlien Engelen, Sandra Antony, Sarah Castellarnau, Valérie Ollier-Duréault. And all of them completed at least one task!
To our delight, Constance Mettetal joined us and took all the prizes, winning a collection of tasks and the overall women’s ranking, as well as 6th place overall.

And among the athletes coached by Aquilae – Performance Paragliding Academy present at this event, the results also lived up to their ambitions!
- Fred Millier won the overall Serial Class ranking
- and Thibaut Voglet of the X1X team finished second in the Open overall standings and runner-up in the Belgian championship.
